FULLY AUTOMATIC MARKING STATION
The fully automatic marking station is the ideal solution for automatically applying production identity (date, time, etc.) to the product. The system has a throughput capacity of 6,200 wheels per day.
The station consists of wheel scanner, turning & positioning station and robotic marking device. The exact wheel type is established by the SCANBC system on entry to the station, the system automatically turns positioning the wheel before robotic marking takes place.
Wheels can be transported to the marking station in a random order or quantity, the marking station ensures each wheel is identified
