WHEEL OFFSET SCANNING ON THE FLY!
Do you want to separate and control your wheels depending on the offset at any stage in your production process?
With this scanning unit you can measure the offset of a wheel during the normal movement of the wheel on the roller table. There are no alterations to your existing equipment necessary. The scanner will be mounted underneath the roller table and scans the wheel profile while it is passing. From this profile, the software will calculate the offset of the wheel. This value can be transferred via a interface connection to your plc or plant control system.
