Distortion Measurement directly after casting

With this system you can measure the distortion of your wheels directly after the casting process. Save time and money by not machining wheels that are out of tolerance. Check and control your casting process with the NUMTEC scanning system online. The wheels will be measured only a few minutes after casting, this will give you a unique possibility to monitor online your casting process.

Includes a fully laser based measurement system for distortion, no mechanical measurement equipment required.

For mixed production. The best option is to use NUMTEC SCANBC Barcode scanning system

MIXED PRODUCTION
The machine operates automatically with different wheel types, for fully mixed production.

TREND ANALYSES
The distortion values are stored in the system. With these values over the time, trend analysis of your casting process can be made.
